But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma
of the knowledge of Him in every place. For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing; 2 Corinthians 2:14-15 (NASB)

Facing The Giants!

Tonight Christine and I watched "Facing the Giants." In light of some health issues both of us are facing, Rob thought it a good idea for us to watch it. Each time we watch it, it's like watching it for the first time. The message that we are not to fear life's giants and that our God is greater than any we encounter, resounds loud and clear in our hearts and minds. Along the message that we can praise God even when trials come our way that are difficult. We have a God who can do anything. It's always good to be reminded of these truths.

In Ephesians 3:20-21 from the Amplified Bible, we read the following,

"Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do super-abundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]---To Him be glory in the church and
in Christ Jesus
throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it)."

This is a wonderful DVD to own and watch with your family.  If you do not own it, we highly recommend that you purchase it.

Please click here to see a clip from a major scene in the movie.

May God use this movie in each of your lives as a reminder of His all sufficiency and great power!
